GLOW On Your Own Terms

People always ask me how I keep my skin looking clear and healthy. And while there are many factors, I truly believe one of the most important reasons is that I’ve never done fillers or any kind of injections. I’ve never had anything done to my face or body no fillers, no Botox, no lip injections, no touch-ups. I’m completely filler-free, and I prefer to keep things that way. I do use filters for photography but I’m talking about my basic health & beauty routine minus the makeup & fillers. My hair is long but I use wigs for photography or for a night out on the town when I do not feel like blow drying my hair. 

In a time when filters and cosmetic procedures are everywhere, I like showing that you can have healthy, glowing skin naturally no needles, just self-care and consistency.

Here is my daily routine;

🌿 Matcha Every Day

I drink matcha green tea daily. It’s packed with antioxidants that support the skin and body from the inside out. It gives me steady energy, helps my complexion stay clear, and is one of those small habits that make a big difference over time.

🏋️♀️ Trampoline Workouts

Rebounding on my Bellicon trampoline is my go-to workout. It’s great for circulation, lymphatic drainage, and muscle tone  and it’s actually fun. I notice it keeps my skin firm and fresh-looking.

🥗 Clean, Healthy Eating

I try to eat real, whole foods and keep things simple. Staying consistent with healthy eating makes a visible difference in how the skin looks and feels it’s about nourishing from within, not chasing quick fixes.

💧 Hydration is Everything

I stay hydrated throughout the day with water and herbal teas. It’s one of the easiest ways to keep the skin balanced and radiant naturally.

I’m careful with the sun. I usually stay out of it unless I’m on vacation, and even then, sunscreen is non-negotiable. I like La Roche-Posay because it feels light and doesn’t clog pores.

I love makeup and getting glam, but I’m a natural glamour girl at heart. I use makeup photo filters to enhance, not to cover. When the makeup comes off, I still want to recognize myself that’s important to me.

💎 Preservation Over Perfection

I’m not into anything fake/permanent. If it can’t be washed off with water at night, it’s not for me. I prefer to take care of what I already have and keep things as natural as possible.

I’ve always liked the idea of preservation kind of like the Egyptians, who focused on maintaining and protecting their beauty through care and ritual. That’s my approach too: work with what you have, keep it healthy, and let it last.
